I ordered your wagyu burger and I have to say the center of it was raw. The lady behind the counter tried to tell me that was the way it was supposed to be cooked but I couldn’t believe Arby’s would be selling raw meat. Needless to say I have not been back since.

Young girl working at the window was extremely rude, was asked to pull forward even though there wasn’t anyone in line in front of our behind us. Asked for ranch was given marinara sauce also asked for Arby and horsey none was given, the drinks tasted off, we left but decided to check sandwiches as we were driving, thank gosh we did bc they were were made completely wrong. I would understand if it was busy but it wasn’t at all and the girl working the window was extremely rude and seems like she just hates her job. I get people have off days but it’s not right to take out on customers who are being friendly. Very disappointed with the service and food tonight.

Food was great! Fast service. Wasn’t super busy. Only 3 tables being used but ALL the rest were dirty! I went and told the guy who took our order that all the tables were dirty. He said ok but no body came out so we sat at the cleanest one 🙁 when we was about to leave I again you’d the manager she also did nothing.

I visited this location today around 11:30am. While we were eating our food you could hear the on shift manager talking to her employees like they were children. She asked one employee what his chore was today in a very condescending way and when he said face board she said very loudly while clapping good job it is face board. Im not sure who this lady think she is and why she thinks she has the right to treat her employees that way. Hopefully Cissy will handle this.
