Ordered an Avocado Bacon Turkey Club, got a cold single cheese burger instead. Second time ordering here and receiving an obviously incorrect order. They refunded me, but I’d prefer paying and receiving the correct order. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Plenty of other places to eat.

See the picture of the “big” burger and “upgraded” smash fries. While the food tastes alright, the portions and price are horrific!!!! Service was friendly & fast. I just can’t get over $37 for family of four at fast food!!! In and out would have been $24, five guys usually $23-27. Both my kids said they wish we would have gone to in and out. $4+ to add a tiny portion of fries and a drink! And then another dollar to sprinkle some olive oil and seasoning on them!

Bacon not cooked well. Shake was only partly filled they used to fill the cup and give you the mixing cup with more in it. Guess they raised prices and did shrinkflation.

I love smash burger, however I was very disappointed In this particular visit. I walked in at 9:30pm (store closes at 10pm) The open sign was still on. I was greeted with the warning that if I ordered a burger it would take extra long time because the grill was cleaned with chemicals. I said “no problem”, then I tried ordering several other items and was told they were out. Clearly, they had already started to clean and did not want to be bothered. Funny enough, that didn’t even bother me. I get it, you already cleaned. What did bother me was, you represent a national brand and should consistently meet the standards of it. At the very least turn the open sign off. Don’t make the customer feel like a burden for coming in at a time the restaurant is supposed to be open.
