Ordered pizza with light light light sauce, pizza was saturated with sauce. Called in to complain and spoke to the manager Candy she was extremely rude, hung up on me and never called me back. Very unprofessional, I have been ordering from this location for years! Called back and got a male manager who took care of me.

Excellent store. The pizzas were hot and delicious. I had a small issue but the manager, Christian, was helpful and quick to address it. He seems competent and works quickly. He did a great job and I will be back!

Best pizza I’ve had in a while. The thin crust pepperoni and sausage was delicious even though I got it with points it was still perfect. Made right on time and delivered to my car by a nice young woman. I didn’t have to pull the baby out of the car so that was a plus also!!

Didn’t deliver our boneless wings. One of our two pizzas looked like a leftover that they just ran through the oven again to heat it up. Was burnt, chewy, dry, and inedible. Called twice and was placed on hold for over 30 minutes before hanging up. I have contacted corporate, and if there is no resolution through that route, I will be calling my credit union and claiming a fraudulent charge against this Pizza Hut.

Apparently my mom with dementia ordered wings but had them delivered to my house instead of hers. I also placed an order 5min from closing and it was still the best pizza I’ve ever had. Very cheesy, wings crispy and soda cold. Thank you Goose Creek Pizza Hut, you rock!!

I asked for extra extra sauce— I paid for extra extra sauce— while ordering I let the person Know that if they don’t point this detail out to the person in the kitchen that I won’t get extra sauce. Big surprise, I didn’t get extra sauce. They refused to redo the pizza or give me a refund and hung up in my face. Nice.
