Restaurant and rest rooms were very clean. Staff was super friendly. Not all Dairy Queens are equal. I had 2 of the best chili dogs I’ve ever had. Fries were also very good.

Only use the drive-thru service. Wait times are stupid long. Sound quality at kiosk is poor. Customer service at window is professional. Sandwiches are always fresh. Ice cream cones are overpriced.

Sigh. I don’t know what’s going on with DQ these days as far as food is concerned. I used to love it, but the last 3 times I’ve gone ( 3 different locations ) my food has been just awful. Our burgers were old and not even very warm, same with the fries. The only thing hot were the onion rings, which they must have just made. Maybe they should just stick to serving ice cream.

It was very hot and busy inside the day I went. The kids working were trying, but I did some melting ice-cream. Also paid $20 for 12 chicken strips, which is a little much if you ask me. I’m sure on a day that is not is busy, it would have been better

I ordered the chicken finger basket. I got 3 VERY small pieces and MAYBE 15 cold hard French fries. She gave me tea then I told her I ordered orange, so she dumped it filled the same cup to the top with ice and gave me orange and it was out but she still gave it to me. It was covered in the tea she dumped, and the splatter from the line puffing. The chicken was hot, tho. I paid almost 10 dollars.

I never in my life seen so many lazy employees 7-16-23. I hate to say this. That’s the most poorly ran place I ever been. That group of employees moved at snails pace while the place was packed. The owner showed be ashamed of how badly Trained Those people are.
