I had my pizza delivered and when I opened up the box, two slices were missing from the pizza. I thought it was a joke so I called the store and asked to speak to the manager but instead I talked to two boys that didnt believe me, they delivered a full po pizza and then hung up on me! Foothill Ranch location is unfortunately VERY UNORGANIZED!!! They have once again screwed up our order and is having to remake the whole order. And this has happened SEVERAL TIMES! We have even gone in on an occasion or two and there have been other customers WAITING for lengthy amounts of time, getting their orders wrong/having to redo as well. There was even a customer who had their order given out to the wrong person and had to wait to have their order redone. I am not quite sure why this location is always in a disarray?!?!! At some point you would think that they would have to get themselves together. What is it… bad management, bad training of employees. Argh! So frustrating!

Domino’s has always been my favorite pizza but today was the second time in a row where it wasn’t ready and I had to wait 20 mins for it. Their excuse at first was we’re really busy but after 3 people picked up their orders after me without any wait their story changed to we’re understaffed. Because of my first wait this time I ordered online 2 1/2 hours before I was to pick it up. No wonder everyone I know goes to Pizza Hut
