Because I can’t give 0 stars! They’re rude to their employees in front of customers and they’re rude to their customers! I will not be going back there. The food isn’t bad and we love the frosties. The atmosphere there makes us not want to come back though. Managerial training needs to be redone and they treat the teenagers there like they are small children. It also stinks there and made my teenage daughter share deodorant with one of the managers. My daughter’s hard work and kindness was taken advantage of we will not be going back to West Union Wendy’s. There are some very friendly and respectful crew there but the management needs some work with treating their crew and customers with more respect!

Noisy inattentive teenagers with no manners work here. It’s apparent they care not a lick for the customer. This is especially true with the night crew. They seem to be more concerned with their own personal drama. One wonders if they’ve even been trained. If you enjoy cold poorly prepared food served with attitude you’ll love it here.
