WOW! This place, by far, has THE BEST chicken strips! We got #1, with not 4, but 5 strips that were way bigger than Kilgore! Awesome service, very friendly staff! I always order spicy chicken, maybe 10x this month they’ve given me regular tenders instead of spicy, today, not only did they give me regular tenders again but they used that same chicken that I touched and put it back on the tray to use for someone else. They always get your order wrong and get mad at you when they do. I love chicken express but my goodness.

The person taking the order was very rude. Because I wanted 40 pieces of chicken for a friend’s family that literally just passed away and he said not his problem. I’m livid. I paid an extra fee because he didn’t want to work also I’m sending pictures there was no business so….. I hope they don’t do anything to my friends food I will sue!!!! This is bad enough. Drive thru was empty also. It was 8 pm they close at 10

Chicken cold and old. Rolls overdone and hard. $28.00 for 2 meals that went in the trash. Also sat at speaker for 5 mins before they took my order. Bad bad bad. Not the first time probably 0nly 20 percent of the time have we had good food. No more.

Stopped by at 4PM on Wednesday a few weeks ago and they were closed. I checked the door to make sure this was during their business hours when they were supposed to open and it was. No clue what the problem was but they were closed when they were supposed to be open, door locked, no one responding, etc.
