My family and I went for lunch. We dined in. The restaurant has lots of seating, it’s clean, and we were served promptly. We ordered the mozzarella sticks as an appetizer (they were delicious) and various pizzas ranging from the buffalo chicken to BBQ, and the spaghetti dinner. Everything was great! The pizzas had generous amounts of toppings, the sauce wasn’t sour and the dough was delicious. We enjoyed our time there and we’ll definitely order their food again.

Awesome! Staff was courteous on phone and in person. Was overall pleasantly surprised and satisfied. We ordered a large sausage/mushroom/spinach pizza. So good. Plenty of toppings and the spinach was piled thick!! Unknowingly created what tasted like a wedding soup pizza!! Perfect. Would order this weekly and definitely recommend.

I drive by several closer pizza shops to get our pizza here. Very good food, good service, nice people. Food is always consistent and ready and hot when I arrive for pickup. Pricing is reasonable and competitive. Employees are always congenial and pleasant. Parking lot a bit tight but doesnt keep me from going back. Will continue to patronize this establishment for all the reasons listed above.

I have driven by this place for years, i finally decided to try it.This was without a doubt the best pizza I gave had in years. Everything was made fresh, the Dough,veggies were hand cut, the sauce homemade. My only regret…. i didn’t try it years ago!

I ordered a large 3 topping pizza was raw in the middle very doughhey and u could taste the flour in the crust. They said that they would replace it I waited over 1 hour I also asked for a refund. They said that they came with a replacement pizza but they never came terrible service I would never order again

Literally the best PIZZA, WINGS, AND CALZONES I have ever had!! I’ve had pizza all over the country and two out of country places (Dubi and Hong Kong). The pizza is not greasy, yet extremely tasteful! The toppings are cooked to perfection and there is always a solid amount.

By far the best pizza shop we’ve ever had! The food is alway hot upon delivery & we live a good ways down W. Pleasant Valley. The pizza is never greasy, loaded with the freshest toppings, & cooked exactly how we ask. Another fan favorite for us is their calzones (especially the Philly steak)! We order both bc well, it’s just that good! When my husband asked what I wanted delivered to the hospital just after having my baby in February, it was none other than a large pizza from Fratello’s! We have become regulars and order weekly (sometimes 2x a week….haha) We recommend Fratello’s to all our friends and neighbors and will continue to do so! What’s for dinner tonight? Fratello’s!

Ive been a loyal customer for about 6 years. Every time I order the food had always been excellent. I live about 35mins away but the food is worth the drive. I am always greeted with great customer service. I definitely recommend this spot. Ive tried almost everything on the menu and they never disappoint. definitely recommend the calzones. highly recommend!!
