It took us nearly an hour in the drive thru to get a 2 piece chicken and 5 piece tenders. After disappearing with our cars for a prolonged time she returned with our receipt and card and informed us (after charging us) that they were out of coleslaw. After we selected another side, she the disappeared again and finally after nearly 30 minutes showed back up with our food telling us that it would be another 8 minutes to get our biscuit, but that she had given us an extra leg if we Didn’t want to wait. I told her she should refund us for how long it took (informing us about issues would have been helpful). We won’t be going there for chicken again anytime soon.

Normally, I don’t review a place that I’m not partial to, but this specific location is an exception. It took over 45 mins for me to get my order. When I pulled up to the window, i sat there for 15 minutes before the drivethru attendant came to ask me what I had ordered. When I proceeded to tell her my order, she cut me off, speaking too low for me to hear before telling me to tell her the total of my order. Upon telling her what that was, I was given only 1 of 4 drinks, then had to wait another 15 mins before I was given food. Plot twist: I was given the wrong food. The drive-thru attendant got upset at me, blaming me for accepting food that wasn’t mine. I had no issue giving back the food that wasn’t mine, I just wanted the food that I ordered, so they told me to pull forward, which I did. One of my family members took the receipt in to get the correct food, but it took another 15 mins. Turns out the attendant was the manager…go figure. I will not go to, nor will I take anyone to, this specific location. 0 out of 10.

I was traveling back to DC on 85, when I decided to get some breakfast. I exited onto Buford, NC went to Hardee. Hardee’s biscuits are the best around; I’ve had plenty biscuits, but for a fast food restaurant but this one taste so like homemade!; I exited again 50 miles again and brought more to bring home; also their sandwiches are so tasty, not dry, soooo fresh and delicious, even the “hot dogs are great .!!! I wish we had a Hardee’s near my area

We stopped while traveling…I’ve never had Hardee’s in my life. The food was all cold and the place wasn’t very clean. My boyfriend asked why I didn’t speak up we would have gone elsewhere. Live and learn.

Fast, friendly service. Even on crazy busy days, especially the morning rush – both drive thru & in person! This is my favorite location in the tri-cities. Hardee’s Biscuits are my FAVORITE and they always make my Bacon, Egg & Cheese & Sausage Egg & Cheese Biscuits to perfect! Some other locations over cook the Biscuits, under cook the Meat or vice versa… not this place!!! I had to pass here this morning so I ordered a BE&C Biscuit while at Cedar Heart Gas Station (about 3 min drive from here) & I walked in, waited in line behind 6 people for less than 4 mins & when I got to the cashier, I gave her my name, told her I had an app purchase & my Biscuit was already prepared. Some other fast food chains that have in app ordering will accept your order & will wait until you get there to make it.. I loved how I just walked in, got my food and left!
