The online hours and listed hours on the door state that they close at 7:30 pm. Staff member was extremely rude and disrespectful to the cashier because customers walked in the door at 6:50 pm. The cashier stated she was new and asked for some assistance checking out. We successfully cashed out at 6:57 pm and were pulling out of the parking lot at 7:02. She announced we were the last customers and repeatedly asked the cashier to lock the door. The same staff member notified the cashier that we could order coffee and donuts but no food. This was not an issue for us but could have been for another customer. The rudeness escalated after a car pulled into the drive-thru. The staff member then asked if the door was locked yet and complained that she already had everything cleaned.

They’ve re-organized the inside of the store, not sure whether it’s better or not it was different from before. The drive thru is kind of a poorly thought of design. Very narrow spot and with no parking lot your sometimes sitting in your car on Archer road or the rear of your vehicle sticking out on that busy road sitting… But besides that everything else is great!…

It is always an inconvenience for them for me to order over the phone. I get either 18 or 24 bagels with cream cheese at least once a week and it is always a bother for them. They get down right nasty. It would be a lot easier to order on line but you can only order one item at a time. I started coming here because the one on E. Silver Springs Blvd. was getting nasty. They are just as bad but if I want bagels for work I have two store choices. I ordered 6 sesame, 6 everything, 3 Cinnamon, and 3 multi-grain. Get there and they said they had only 1 sesame. Refused whole order.

This crew works their butts off. Food was hot off the press. The 4 stars vs 5 is because of the scant selection of donuts, but that could have just been due to timing. They were super busy and it was right after church so stuff was moving out fast.

I Go Here Everyday and use mobile order. The staff here is extremely rude for no reason. They make you wait 20 to 30 min for a coffee that was ordered way before you get there.

Great drinks on an extremely hot day. Their frozen mocha coffee was perfect in resetting my temperature back to cool! Austin did a wonderful job in making our drinks and was patient as we looked over the menu and helping us decide what to purchase. We got a half dozen donuts. Just ate one as a snack. It was a chocolate frosted with sprinkles. I have always loved their variety of choices.

This dunkin has made my boyfriends coffee wrong and have been extremely rude to him about it. He’s being going here for years and the new girls are just not nice. He is type one and has to correct for it and they aren’t putting in sugar causing him to go extremely low. I get mistakes happen but to be inherently rude and mean and it being a multiple time occurrence is ridiculous. Get better.

I’ve had multiple issues ordering my coffee here. They’ve filled it halfway which I had to bring to their attention. Also they put cream in my coffee then tried to say they didnt. Also they don’t carry the coconut donuts here. Worth a couple miles to drive to the other one

“Just Passing Through” Ocala FL, decided to stop at this local Dunkin’. Saw a couple of employees outside taking a smoke break before I went in. Three girls inside handling the 6 to 7 cars in drive-thru; no one at the counter. I waited about 5 minutes, no one took my order. Noticed the donut racks in disarray with flies hovering atop most of them. *I Included a photo from a posting several years ago on Google to show the difference from then to now (July 2021). I left without ordering anything. Yes, the two employees were still taking a smoke break as I left. Manager on duty? There should have been. Many, many postings referencing this Dunkin’ as one to avoid mostly due to understaffing, rudeness, or simply just not caring about customer service.
