Ordered the beef and broccoli for the third time. This time there was hardly any beef in it. 3 pieces to be exact. Went back through the drive thru and asked attendant why there was only 3 small pieces of beef this time. She said it was supposed be be this amount. That there is supposed to be more broccoli and less beef….. Also, the broccoli was very under cooked.

Fried rice was really good. Everything was hot and fresh. Coconut shrimp was a miss though; it was very crunchy and didn’t look like it had any shrimp inside. Definitely will be back for the fried rice.

As good as their food is, every-time I go to this eatery, they are always out of something and having to tell you to pull ahead so that they can prepare it. On this evening, I was told that I couldn’t have a particular side because it was frozen since the cook or someone had forgotten to take it out the night before. Inexcusable! I visit Panda Express at least once a week and it is such an inconvenience to keep having to pull up and wait and wait with every visit. I stay on the other side of town so I’m practically starving when I get there and their service doesn’t make it any better. You all should work on this, and I also suggest that you ask customers if they would like a complimentary beverage or something when they have to pull around the front and on food! Even extra fortune cookies would be nice!

I am confused as to why they never have food ready? I placed my order online 25 minutes ago and I still have to wait because, once again, food is not ready. There are 5 cars ahead of me that are also waiting. I ordered online prior to coming to avoid all of this.

Well,.. food was good but I’m going to go out on a limb and assume it was just my luck. I ordered the Bigger Plate with Beijing Beef, Teriyaki chicken, Fried rice and Chow Mein. The Chow Mein was different, in that the Noodles were somewhat thin. My main grievance was with the fried rice. I had to pick through the old hard stale rice to get to the fresh rice. Come on Panda…..had it not been for that, I would’ve definitely clicked five …Maybe it was Shift change, don’t Know.. ♂️…
