Wow. New Taco Bell here in Coos Bay, and have ordered the Power Bowl in recent weeks with chicken as a decent, affordable lunch. However, the visit tonight was very disappointing. Tiny scoop of guacamole. And the chicken? Hardly any. Ugh. Asked the counter staff if they could at least give me additional and they said “well, we’d have to charge you for it.” Seriously $7 for this pathetic excuse for a power bowl? Come on, Taco Bell. You can do better. At least “make it right” when a customer complains.

Really nice at first; there was a very attentive and observant girl working the window and each time I received exactly what I had ordered. Different person working the window these days acts like she’s on something; moaning into the mic, goes silent, mutters to herself; I wanted to just leave but stuck in line. Haven’t received everything I’ve ordered the last three times I’ve went, so I’m done with this one. I really had high hopes; it was going to be a good thing for the Empire area but it’s just typical of Empire, unfortunately. Meanwhile, go over to the brand-new store near Fred Meyer and get a much better Taco Bell experience.

This location I really wanted to be great. Unfortunately there has been sub par service the last few times we went and it wasn’t because they were really busy because they weren’t. Hopefully was time goes on the location will get better.. Will update .. Update 5/25/23: still a terrible location . I removed one star because since the last time I’ve updated the soda is now no longer available for the last 3 weeks and they are regularly out of things like sauce. Food ordered in a box (i.e. deluxe combo box) should come separately bagged or in a box not 1 bag packed to the gills with your whole order. The combo boxes are half the time not available on the app, to where you are left ordering the same items individually costing twice as much. Also, I would like to add that you might wait in line anywhere from 8-45 minutes for food at this location. Go to any other taco bell if you can. You will be glad you did. If you can’t, make the most of it.. at least there is a taco bell in empire for those late night munchies

This has got to be the worst Taco Bell staff I’ve ever seen. 2 simple items, bean burrito, beefy 5 layer with no sour cream. Beefy 5 layer had sour cream for a second time, but wait, there’s more.. the bean burrito had “no sour cream” on the wrapper. You kidding me?
