Don’t bother. Received a delivery notification over an hour ago and have yet to receive my pizza. Tried calling the store three times since and apparently their phones are having ‘technical difficulties’ according to the prerecorded message. Reported the issue online and was offered a 20% off coupon for my next order. There won’t be a next order.

Terrible service. The app said 20-30 min to deliver but after 45 min I called and the girl who answered said “itll get to you when it gets to you”. And it NEVER got to me. Don’t bother. They don’t operate. Order elsewhere!

I ordered this pizza. It said 18-28 minutes for delivery. It took 1 hour and 15 minutes to get here. The deliver was 45 minutes. My pizza is literally COLD. Such BS. Also there is like zero tomato sauce on this pizza. It’s disgusting and I want my money back, it’s that bad!! Papa John’s from here on out.

I personally want to thank Dania for helping me. ( not sure if I spelled it right) But she was doing a million a one things all while giving 110% to customers. I called the store 4 times about my order until I finally went inside to see the problem. Our food is so cold an delivery takes forever because some people are sitting on their behinds joking an laughing it up while others are doing actual work. I live 15 mins away an I try to give this place the benefit of the doubt all the time but it’s no point. Just go in to order or find a local pizza place.

25 years ago, my husband was saved by Shock Trauma when he was hit by a drunk driver, delivering his last Domino’s Pizza of the night. Tonight, this 1235 Light Street Domino’s store helped me thank Shock Trauma by sending LOTS of DELICIOUS Domino’s pizza to those working TONIGHT on the front lines to save us and our loved ones at our most critical hour. Their door was locked and they wouldn’t answer it. Manager (?) was outside when I arrived, went in through a side door to check on things when he saw that I couldn’t get in. Never came back out or let me in. My pizza was sitting there getting cold, and the website never texted me that it was ready. Poorly run franchise.
