We purposely drove through Payson to hit Dunkin on our way to Phoenix. Somehow they lost our son’s order, ours came out ok, but they forgot his. They made it right and doubled the egg and meat on his breakfast sandwich, and offered him a free Donut as well! Way to go Dunkin!

I hate leaving bad reviews but I have to say this. I order through door dash quite a lot specially for breakfast or lunch during work hours. And bagels for breakfast are one of my favorites. I usually do Starbucks for the amazing coffee. But when I order a bagel from Dunkin’ and donuts it gives you the option for strawberry cream cheese instead of plain and no one else in town does through door dash. This is the 4th time i have ordered from Dunkin and donuts asking for the strawberry cream cheese even asking for x2 and I have never gotten it. It’s always been the plain. I called last time and they said they were sorry. So I tried again and still plain I don’t want an apology or refund I just want what I ordered

I come here almost everyday after my gym session the workers are awesome and friendly. Clean place to walk in and get a coffee and a some food. There is a drive through and the lobby is open, but no seating available because of obvious reasons. They do have outside seating. Either way, great place to grab a cup a jo, and a donut!!

The workers were talking amongst themselves and didn’t seem very interested in helping me. Despite the attitude, I got what I ordered. I don’t know if it’s Dunkin’ Donuts in general, or just this specific location, but their cold brew is awful! I’m a coffee fanatic and I had a hard time finishing a small.
