I’ve been to this location plenty of times, and it never fails how I get treated. They always treat me respectfully and ensure that I walk out with what I order. When I left the building, one of the employees made sure I had extra napkins because who wants to eat their food and waste their paper towels at home? Lol. With all seriousness, the pizza was great!!! I did takeout, but I ordered online, and it was ready when I got there. I am happy with my purchase, and the food was fantastic.

The last couple of times that I’ve gone to Cassanos Pizza King, I’ve tried something new. One was a calzone and the other was the garlic cheese piega. I was not impressed with either. The calzone was LOADED with onions. Even looking back at this photo now makes my stomach turn.

Placed my pickup order about 6:25 and it was promised around 6:45. At the store they said it would be an extra 10 minutes and would bring it out when it was ready. Well that never happen. After waiting 45 minutes at the store, I finally got my food at 7:30 p.m. I asked about a discount or something for waiting 45 minutes at the store plus the original 30 minutes from when I place my order the guy of the windows excuse because they were only three employees inside. No manager, no shift manager. No one never came to the pickup window to address my issue

I stopped in to use their restroom and they made me pay for something just to get the code to the bathroom, which is fine, but I had to deal with a man (employee) banging on the door every 2 min while I was in there. I was having some stomach issues so it wasn’t a fast trip, but it also wasn’t like there was ANYONE in the restaurant at the time. I asked for his name and the girl in front said they are not authorized to give out that information.
