Well, the only reason they only got 4 stars is because my first order wasn’t as good as the replacement order. I ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich and the chicken was over cooked. However, once I spoke to the lady Laurie and explained everything they came through without an issue. Love their Spicy Chicken Sandwiches and don’t want any from any other place but CONSISTENCY CURES THE CURIOUS CUSTOMER…..

I got food poisoning after eating here today. Their Drive-thru was extremely slow, and after getting sick after eating my food, I was very upset that I put myself through waiting that long for the very food that made me hurt and hurl for hours. I do not recommend this location. Save yourself the trouble and go back into town to Lee Hwy, or Exit 33 at Love’s Travel Stop for a better, faster, and non-poisoning experience. Sorry, not sorry… I should have read the reviews before coming to this location..

My 2 year old was having a bad afternoon so I decided to drive around with him. Stopped here for a cookie. My mistake for telling him we’re getting a cookie. Almost 45 minutes later no cookie. Had me wait at the 2nd pick up window. I parked the car, took out my screaming toddler, and went inside to ask for my order. Lady said oh sorry we haven’t put the cookie in the oven yet. I asked for a refund. The manager came out, asked me is this my order in the screen in front of him? I said how am I supposed to know I don’t work here. Proceeds to scratch his plaque psoriasis for a few seconds then hands me my change with the same hands. Very nice.

Fries were hot and Big Mac made well. I’ve machine worked. Received food quickly and order was complete with more than 1 napkin and a straw! ( I didn’t even have to ask for it) they even asked if I wanted ketchup or and thing else AT THE WINDOW. Even told me to have a nice day.

Our food was very sloppily ,thrown together. Half of one of the burger patties was missing, there were Bugs crawling around the soda dispenser, and they weren’t even busy! Now I know why Thought I’d give ’em another try. So this time I added a picture to remind myself Again! Don’t go here!! Worst, most sloppy McDonald’s I’ve ever visited.
