Been having bad luck here lately but today took the cake. An actual piece of paper was in my cold seemingly uncooked sandwich. I also did a coffee run for a few people and ordered 4 coffees- only 1 of them ended up being correct. The stickers on the coffees were the correct order, but the coffees themselves were completely wrong. Very disappointed.

I stopped in late morning, there were a few people in line inside the building and more cars in the drive thru. There were a lot of staff working so they were able to handle a lot of people quickly compared to some other Dunkins I’ve been to.

Manager has workers being extremely cheap with everything in there from the juice to the refreshers, the seasoning on snack bacon is never there or just barely, donuts always lack frosting. Every other dunkin tastes way better than this place.

One of the worst Dunks in the area. We try to avoid it. Place looks fine, but the food drink is always bottom of the barrel. They must skip all quality checks for speed. Bagels like hockey pucks, watered down refreshers look nothing like the refreshers from every other local Dunks. Claim premixed nothing they can do. What I do? Don’t go there any more.

This has got to be one of the worst Dunkins in the area. Rude, badly trained staff no matter what time of day or night you go. They have some of the meanest workers who don’t care a bit about good or even adequate customer service. I would recommend that this particular shop be avoided at all costs.

This Dunkin used to be really good, but new management and/or inexperienced employees have really made it go downhill. It never used to be this bad. I don’t understand what happened. Took almost 30 minutes to get through the drive thru and they had no idea what my order was, which shows a lack of communication between all of them.
