I would recommend giving this place a go. Parking is very limited. I ended parking across the street in the residential but it’s a small sacrifice for good food . Waitress had limited English, but extremely friendly and tried to assist me to the best of her abilities. I looked up the menu ahead of time, which I’ll recommend doing before going. Food was delicious . Service was good. Decor was interesting. Music was jamming. Place was clean. Great place if you want more practice with your Spanish. Vamos.

Seeing pics before going, I was even happier that the pictures didn’t lie. The place reminds me of restaurants in NYC. Even the bathroom was nice and clean! (Thus if you go into the bathroom and it is not nice and clean, blame your follow patrons for being nasty.). The Staff is friendly. It was Greater Waterbury Restaurant we so ordered from the Prix-fixe menu (though I believe these items are on their regular meeting). We had appetizers of yuca enpanadas and small fried plaintain bowl with chicken – DELICIOUS. For our entrees we ordered Churrasco, grilled skirt steak w/chimichurri and yucca fries, and Pechuguita Rellena, chicken breast stuffed with spinach, peppers & mushrooms w/ mofongo and peas & rice – DELICIOUS! OH I forgot about my drinks!!!!! I had the Mojo Classic Mojito which was on point and my husband had the Mango Mojito, both drinks transported us to being on our vacations. I definitely suggest this restaurant, additonally to support Waterbury as too many restaurants don’t last because of non support from the community. Mojo I believe definitely deserves your support.

The attention is very bad, the waitresses are not taking good care of the customers, they take more than 25 minutes to get closer to the table and you being there for like 40 minutes . The food came out salty and raw and when I told the waitress that my food was raw she did not say absolute nothing. the owners of this place should do e prevented since it is a shame that a person goes to a place behind Latin food and comes out like this. Absolutely disappointed in this place, I do not recommend visiting it to any relative or acquaintance:

Their food is delicious. I tried them once and have already been back two times. Their chicken empanadas are some of the best I’ve ever had. Their chicken stew is also delicious along side the rice and beans. Definitely try them out!
