Our RV Trip
First time to stop in. Won’t be the last. Wide variety of different hot dogs to pick from along with some stuffed potatoes and a hamburger. We really liked everything… but the chili was just ok for us. Worth the stop!

This was the first time at the Dog House Restaurant. Nice and clean inside. Plenty of seating. I had the BLTdog it was one of the best hotdogs I have had in a long time. Don’t hesitate to stop by the workers were great and friendly. Will be back to try another meal.

Two chili dogs with slaw were $8.50. Two ordinary hotdogs with cheap buns and weiners, definitely not worth that price. And the strangest thing is they put mustard on top of the slaw. They give you the food placed directly on tiny little metal trays (no paper in between) and a fork wrapped tightly in plastic wrap. There are cheap metal tables and cheap lightweight metal chairs that are uncomfortable to sit in. Also added a 3.5 % fee for “non-cash adjustment.” The average costs for credit card processing ranges from 1.5% to 2.9% for swiped cards, so they have decided to make money off their customers for using credit cards. And of course most people use credit cards to pay. Not cool.

I have been going to The Dog House for a few years now. They are one of the most consistently good places for lunch in Greeneville. It is unique and the food is wonderful. The owner is friendly and he works very hard.
