Really like that they serve breakfast now. Love the bacon Crunchwraps. Seems like the food and service are better in the daytime hours. Not sure what the problem at night is, but last 2 times we’ve eaten there after 8 the food hasn’t been as good. Didn’t eat half our order because the tacos literally tasted like old fryer grease and the chicken in my item was dried up and hard. Guess we will stick to breakfast and lunch visits.

Most awful experience! Restaurant is dirty, used the women’s bathroom only to find out there was no toilet paper, had to wait 5 minutes to get any, and then had to give it back! Customer service was unfriendly and short tempered. On top of that, they couldn’t even make a burrito the way it was asked to be made. Waste of my hard earned money. Will never return!

Absolutely disgusting!!! Chips tasted terrible like a chemical or cardboard. I called to talk to manager and she handed the phone to someone else and told me they fried them this morning. Yes they’re willing to give me money back if I bring it up there but it’s the fact she didn’t care to see about the food itself a serving to others. I’m like no you need to go try one yourself you shouldn’t serve them. Threw up after the 2nd bite of nachos.

Poor service all around. Employee pulls trash but doesn’t put trash bags back in them until customer goes to counter to complain about not being able to throw their trash away because trash cans didn’t have trash bags in them. Need more compassion for your jobs.

We ordered bean burritos cut the red sauce add extra green sauce and sour cream. We’ve been up there three times now, and receive burritos with just beans in them. I talked to the managers twice. The way I see it is three-strikes-and-you’re-out.

When I got a couple of crunchy tacos in drive thru, the taco shells were stale. Last week went in to eat and got Supreme Nachos & chips were stale. But the Baja Bladt was good.
