Again, another unprofessional workplace. Went through the drive-through yesterday, the lady who took the order was absolutely wonderful she was very nice, got to the window to pay, and a man working there had the most unprofessional attitude I have every seen. The way he talked to the employees was awful he was throwing food and mind you, the window was open, so I heard and saw everything as did my 6-year-old daughter if he can’t handle my food right while im sitting there looking makes me think so there was absolutely no way I was gonna spend money there so I drove off. I don’t understand if customer service is not your thing. Find another job….and let the people who love customer service service the people i been in customer service over 30yrs and there’s no way he would still have a job acting like that…Sad times we live in!

Every time I go to the Saron Dr, Lexington KY store I miss most items as well as what I receive is totally wrong. I drove 20 minutes only to realize I didn’t get 1/2 what I ordered and the other 1/2 was wrong. I tried to call but they wouldn’t even pick up the phone. That is the sorriest BK I’ve ever been to in my life!

I ordered a frozen Coke a few days ago, and got a cup with a domed lid filled to the top. Today, it was the same cup with a flat lid not quite to the top. Had a similar experience ordering the small vanilla ice cream. Again, the food has always been good, just inconsistent in delivery.
