I was passing through Albany on a country drive, and noticed Dos Amigos I stopped for lunch before heading back to Russell Springs. I was pleasantly surprised that the Seafood Salad had grilled calamari and tilapia, along with the listed shrimp and crab meat.

Their food is usually always good. Unfortunately, more often than not they get the order wrong…. Or forget your food… or the portions are NEVER the same. I’m too the point I would rather not eat there again. Even my kids notice the portions each time we go.

Server was rude; walked away twice while I was ordering. Gave me wrong food. We order something with chorizo and it was burnt. One dish was hard like it had been sitting out for a while. I asked for the manager only to wait about twenty minutes before we were told he was not in the store. I may not ever go back.

Food came out fast, was hot, and appeared fresh. Waiter was polite and kept drinks filled. Not much more you can ask for. Only thing is I wish the salsa had more cilantro.

This is my first visit and my last. Server was very rude and barely took our order. I understand they are busy, but you still need to compose yourself properly. When asked what a “Mexican salad” was, his response was, “I don’t know”, and pointed to a picture. We ordered a side salad, and was brought a salad with guacamole on it. Not a side salad. He wanted to argue that that is what was ordered. When i repeated the conversation in spanish, it’s like he didn’t comprehend it, and got an attitude. Ordered a molcajete. The chorizo was burnt, but not enough to send back. When I mentioned it, he said, “well, you need to tell us that before you eat it” that would have been nice if someone came back to our table. Didn’t get refills. All he wanted to do was argue. Not coming back.
