Fabulous! On a vacation trip to Connecticut, I stopped in to check out Box Bistro. I ordered a loaded burrito bistro bowl to go. It was delicious. Everything seasoned just right, and I ate it the next day on the road home. James and Holly are lovely. The store is beautiful, clean and easily navigated and I wanted to try everything on the menu. If I lived closer, I’d be eating there all the time.

A friend got me a gift card to Box Bistro in August and I finally got around to using it yesterday. I am so glad I did! I’ve been keto for about 2 years and this little shop did not disappoint in their selection and variety of keto friendly meals, drinks, snacks and desserts.

I went last week and picked up some chocolate peanut butter energy snacks, they were delicious!! I ordered a pina colada smoothy with collagen added, it was around $8 but I think she forgot the coconut because it tasted like a pineapple banana smoothy, it tasted veey good but it was looking forward to the pina colada with the coconut. I was already on the road so I couldn’t go back. For a top dollar smoothy I should have gotten the right flavor. It was a very cute and clean place, herbs growing in a flower box outside, flowers in the window box, and tables outside with umbrellas, very nice.

Box Bistro is probably the most creative bistro ever. They are dietary conscious…no preservatives, no salt no sugar. As a type 1, diabetic, I can enjoy their amazing meals and I have no high glucose spikes. I love this place and the owners are absolutely beautiful…

Very convenient, healthy and delicious food to go. Love the addition of the new cheddar scone too as well as the option for delivery. For pre orders it would be nice to have some of the scone options that are available when ordering from the storefront as well as an option to split which days they arrive so all scones ordered aren’t delivered on the first day. Otherwise, very good quality and prompt service.

Unfortunately, Box Bistro has taken a lot my money. We go there after most church services on Sunday. The food is amazing. My favorite is the Chocolate Cherry Smoothie. I am also a fan of the Turkey Chilly with a Goat Cheese Scone. My Wife has dietary needs and most of the time this place fits the bill. My kids enjoy the treats as well. I highly recommend Box Bistro.

Missed my train, called ahead and spoke to Zoey. She said I was more than welcome to come in and wait. I was greeted with a most friendly “hi” from Kelly’s smiling face. She asked if she could help me with anything, patiently answered my questions and helped me to make a choice. I got the chocolate-cherry Paleo scone and the blueberry Paleo scone. Both excellent choices. I did buy a snack and Kelly gave me a water to sip on with my scones, since I didn’t think coffee would be wise for my long trip back to Philadelphia. They have a convenient subscription service as well. There were appetizing pre-prepped meals and other items in a cooler for take home. Or, you could chose to have them heated and plated for consumption on the premises, if you wanted to relax while you ate. Whatever they were cooking up in the back smelled amazing. And the staff was super helpful. Zoey and Kelly, thanks for the hospitality and conversation. You were both wonderful and well represent what I’m sure are the core values of the Box Bistro!

Love this place! I use their pre-order meal service. They have a pick up location close to my house, and the meals are always delicious. The food is always fresh, and makes a quick weeknight meal super easy. Some of my favorites are the Greek meatballs, the spicy turkey patty, and just about any of their quiches! I also enjoy the energy bites for a quick snack, and the pumpkin chocolate chip scones are the perfect fall treat. Would highly recommend.
