Writing this Review mostly because of Dylan and Jacob the two boys took my order. they were both so nice and had a great attitude despite the rush of customers who are all immensely rude older women who had attitude I don’t know why people treat service people so bad. I don’t know if it’s that they’re entitled or that they think they can just treat people bad because they’re a service worker but without them, we wouldn’t be able to enjoy delicious food that we love. The moes food was great and I am so impressed with the fact that these two kept a smile on their face and a good attitude, despite the circumstances. and if you’re gonna be old and crabby, and mean, just do us all a favor. and order delivery.

I did a cary out order and they forgot my salsa and my sour cream. They also gave me the wrong kind of beans and forgot the cheese on top. Just so many things wrong with it and its kind of silly to not be able to tell them on the app or anything. I dont really want to leave a bad review but its just so many things wrong and its not the first time either. I guess if you want it made right you have to watch over them in the store

Dirty tables, sticky floors, empty Coke machine (drink choices “unavailable “) And, salsa bar disabled! That’s why we come here! No men’s toilet? Told to use the women’s restroom….that was nasty! Staff was nice but where’s the manager? What happened to MOE’S?

Great spot at the Waterford Lakes food court! The bowls are always generously portioned, and the chips are crisp and perfect. I miss the salsa bar, so here’s hoping that comes back eventually. There’s plenty of indoor seating with convenient self-serve drinks, plus open tables (some covered) outside for when the weather’s nice. Conveniently right next to the theater, too.

Gotta be the saltiest garbage I’ve ever experienced. I just had a homewrecker. I got the beef. I failed to realize that I would be getting a protein sized helping of salt with a side of beef. For $35 for 2 people I honestly expect better. I’ll stick with Chipotle. What an awful experience. I feel scammed.

I would give it a negative 5 stars. Ordered online on a Monday early evening and to my amazement went in and stood at the to go register for 15 minutes without so much as a hi. Then a young lady approached me saying are you here for pickup with no kind of energy (who was the manager!) before we could get out a yes good, she walks away and says name! abruptly. We tell her and she walks off to my surprise 25 minutes later still nothing. She then brings me an order and doesn’t say sorry for your wait, can I offer you a free drink or nothing but a bag handed to us and a cold walk away again. All that to get home and the order wrong and burnt so bad couldn’t even eat it! No, way I would ever recommend this place to nobody until they start caring about the customers that they are supposed to serve. It’s a huge no for me!. Bonus called to try and complain forward straight to voice mail. Who does that for a business line?

Worst Moe’s I’ve ever been to. When I walked in, there were 4 employees doing nothing. Granted I was the only person in the restaurant. It was an hour and a half before closing and half of the food was put away. I asked about olives and they said they were out. On my third bowl they ran out of the chipotle ranch that was visible. I asked if they had more and they said they were out. Then I asked if they were out of all the other obviously missing toppings like jalapeños, cilantro, mushrooms etc. One employee said to me “we’ll we might not be out, but it’s probably in the back.” An hour and a half before closing, right around dinner time, half your stuff is put away and you can’t even get anything from the back? Seems really lazy and terrible customer service. I asked for a cup of queso as well, which I was charged for, and upon coming home, I realized it’s not even in the bag. $47 down the drain and I didn’t get half of what I wanted or even everything I paid for. I could understand missing something if it was busy, but I was literally the only person in there from start to finish. The sad thing is, being that it was an hour and a half before closing, I’m assuming one of these people is a manager and just watched all this happen. After this, I’m done with Moe’s. There are plenty of other choices with better options and better customer service. Unreal.

No food very little to no food, they were scraping the bottom of the pans to serve me and my meat was over cooked! I will never come to this Moe’s of Waterford lakes aging!! And they did not offer kids eating free with a purchase.
