We shared the chicken fajitas. Chicken was over cooked and tortillas were cold and hard. Server replaced happily and while the tortillas were hot the new chicken, while better than the first, was dry. Our friends had shrimp tacos that they were very happy with. Service was very good. We’ll return but definitely trying something different.

great food great daily specials. yesterday was pitcher specials. we ordered the margaritas special. it was fantastic. the pork burrito was packed with flavor. Our server was great. Very friendly and accommodating. Her name is Stoney and when we return we will ask to be seated in her section.

Had a great dinner experience. Sever was on point, drinks from the bar were awesome, chips and salsa was really tasty. Not shown here was seafood (shrimp) quesadillas. Amazing i will be back.

If i could give 6 stars i would. If you like flavor and elote this is the place to go. I saw the other google reviews and was confused because this place looked fire. Yeah the food has spice and flavor thats why i went here no the rice isn’t too spicy, if so, you are weak. Its delicious and the chicken inside the chimichanga was bomb and it had so much cheese loaded in there, the beans in particular were better than other places but the corn really hit the spot, it was so good. I like cilantro and yes the corn has spice, I personally wouldn’t call it too spicy its there though and i love it. Food hit me so hard i had the best sleep in a long time, tipped the bartender heavy since he was cheerful, attentive and gave me good recommendations.

Great patio in south KC. The loaded queso and fish tacos were so good. (I only tried the beer battered fish, not the grilled.) Quick service, relaxed vibe. Make sure to check the music schedule too…on a Saturday night, my friend and I were finished eating luckily so it was no problem for us to move to her car to finish our chat but just keep that in mind depending what you’re heading there to enjoy!

We used to love Red Bridge Barrio. But can I just say tonight’s experience was awful. The food had no flavor, no salt, and most of it was raw. How do you make Mexican food with no flavor? Our waiter tried but mainly with excuses for bad service and bad food. We came in at 7 and two hours later we still didn’t have our entree. When it finally came they only brought one of our meals and the other came out 15 minutes later and it had raw Elote and greasy tacos. So sad, but this by far was the worst restaurant experience in my lifetime as a diner. Most of the staff were hanging out together at the bar. At one point my husband said, “This seems like a place that might end up on Bar Rescue.” How sad is that comment? But he wasn’t wrong or exaggerating. Just hoping neither of us gets food poisoning, but hey the night is still young.

Visited for dinner on 8/19. Margaritas were awful. I am pretty sure the bartender doubled up on the lime juice and forgot the tequila. We asked to replace one of the margaritas with a sangria. Server took the margarita away and brought the sangria which we appreciated. Only thing is, we got charged for both margaritas and the sangria anyway. If you are going to charge for the defective drink DON’T take it away! When we ordered, we were told ” We are out of the Empanadas and the shrimp”. Not a good look on a Saturday at dinner time. Food was average at best. All this for a $47 tab for two. Will not be back.

Place has a lot of potential but kitchen needs help. Food was just that…food. Went with guy who goes often and after I ordered he said he just goes for drinks. But honestly I wasn’t impressed by drinks either. Atmosphere is great and bartender had great attitude.
