This place had an incredible ambiance! The hotel looked like the setting of a modern-day day Dirty Dancing. The aroma upon entering was delightful.

Nice, a bit upscale dining experience. Very nice and attentive staff. The food was delicious too. Kids size pizza is the same size as adult pizza 😉

Upscale restaurant with romantic settings within Wentworth by the sea hotel. We ordered the flat bread pizza and were surprised that they were large enough to order one for two people. The appetizer and desert we ordered were also great.

Our server couldn’t have been nicer. The food was OK. My salmon was extremely overcooked. The asparagus risotto it came with was swimming in a slick of oil. My dining companion had the cod with succotash, and it was very good. Had the blueberry profiterole for dessert, which was nice. The chocolate dipped key lime pie came on a popsicle stick. The whimsy was really charming. The hostess who sat us was terrible. She was rude and tried to sit us in an awkward table kind of in the middle of an aisle. We refused and got the window table we requested. She clearly took the change of table rather personally. Two mixed drinks cost $43. They also took forever to get to the table. In summary, it is a very average hotel dining room restaurant where the food is average, the atmosphere is pretentious, and the service was nice but slow. We very deliberately chose not to eat at the restaurant again despite staying several more days at the hotel.

Upscale, casual, elegant dining at Wentworth Hotel. Delicious food, attentive service, a wonderful choice for a birthday dinner with friends and family.

The casually elegant ambiance of this restaurant is perfectly paired with a culinary experience that will be hard to beat. The lobster bisque was rich, with a buttery influence that was sinful. This was followed by the romaine salad and a sushi grade tuna surrounded by an amazing palate of flavors, such as I’ve never experienced. Others in the party enjoyed the tortellini, salmon and flatbread. A truly sumptuous dining experience. We’ll be back.

Love this place. Just went for a quick bite, pizza, and a sandwich, and they were both great. The coffee cake dessert was a little bit of a disappointment, but you can’t win them all. I do wonder, though, how you are supposed to eat the two 3″ pieces of nougat with only a dessert spoon?

It’s clear that the Wentworth is understaffed. We started at Latitude and they didn’t know how to make a martini. The calamari was so bad that we decided to go to Salt for dinner. The service was struggling. Lots of time in between every conversation with the server. He was clearly struggling with support. I asked for Parmesan cheese for my under flavored, under salted pasta dish and it took 10 minutes to get. He brought what he described as the”last of the Parmesan cheese” the kitchen had. It was about a teaspoon. Didn’t seem to care much when he delivered the message. No remedy offered. They don’t have their act together which is a bummer.

After long day of exploring coast decided to stay in at eat at resort bar. So happy we did. Enjoyed nice wine and beer selection from bar. Has cheese board, has our favorite cheese on it,Alpha Tolmann, and pizza from 600* brick oven. Pizza had fresh tomato tang soft cheese with firm crust with bite, no flop to pizza!!! Glad we stayed in! Will return!

I was pleasantly surprised by the food at Salt. The service was great and the atmosphere was lovely. I think my only complaint would be the drink menu… nothing sounded appealing, imo, and I really like alcohol. That said, I would definitely suggest Salt for a special dinner with your sweetie.
