Absolutely the worst Jack In The Box in the West County area. Service is slow and half the time at night and way before closing time, things are out of service, equipment has been turned off or menu items are not available. When the staff know they haven’t given the best service, they deliberately do not provide the receipt and I am assuming this is so that you do not fill out the survey requested on the receipt. Also, I’ve heard from several other patrons around the area that they bribe you with food items to get you to complete the survey with only positive marks. Food is fine….Service is definitely less than good.

Hands down THE most negligent fast food restaurant I know of in St. Louis county. The 3 most recent times I’ve been there, I’ve had to leave twice due to their blatant incompetence. I never go during normal meal times, and there were only 1-3 other customers each time. The first time I was ignored inside by all the employees and never got to place an order. The second time I was in the drive through for 10 minuets before even one car in front of me got their food. The third time? I got my food, but I watched as someone else was ignored at the counter and had to leave. Unbelievable. I just stared at the overweight shift manager trying to get eye contact and ask her to at least boss the other employees into working. You think you’re too good to work there? Fine. You think you’re too good to talk to the human beings that walk into the building? You’re not just a bad employee, but a bad person. It’s so infuriating watching some white-trash-meets-wanna-be “gangsta” type not even give you the time of day. Avoid at all costs.

Contacted their corporate line and was told someone would be in touch with me within the next 7 days, no one ever attempted to contact me via phone, email, or snail mail. Edible at best. How do you mess up a breakfast burrito that much? Looked like a wadded up ball more than a burrito, and they forgot the salsa even after being asked. DriveThru took 22 minutes for 1 burrito, and 2 tacos with no one else in front. This Jack in the Box is absolutely terrible. Their service is horrendous and they are always closed way before they’re supposed to be closed. The last 3 out of 4 times I’ve been there they’ve closed early. Last time I went it was 8:30pm and the guy said he was closed because he was the only one working. I drove all the way down to the location off of Manchester and there was only one person working there, and they were open! I refuse to go to this Jack In the Box ever again. They need to hire some people who actually want to work and aren’t so rude.

Horrible! Slowest drive thru ever. No real reason for such slow service. No lunch crowd, no long line just lazy slow. Sat at the intercom for 7 minutes before order was taken. Took about a half hour for 3 cars to get threw the drive thru.

Ordered 2 tacos received with no cheese. Couple of weeks later same thing. Made a comment on their website regional manager called a couple of days later. Apologized and send he would send out some coupons. Never received anything. LOL I should have called Jack.
