Pizza was really good! They ended up accidentally forgetting our breadsticks and our delivery driver was super sweet and nice about it!! Went back and brought them to us, threw in some extra sauce and ranch! Definitely will be ordering again!!

Worst experience ever from pizza hut. I waited 2 + hrs for my food to arrive and it never came i called the store 4 times waiting throught the phone automation to finally talk to a employee at the store only for it to ring untill the call droped then i drive up there to only wait more and i didnt even get my order discounted or voided paid $41.60 total including the delivery fee

placed a carry out order. It was Friday dinner for my kids . Had to wait longer than what I was told , I trusted them and didn’t open the box until I got home to come find an extra crunchy pizza that my 3yr old couldn’t eat and it was supposed to be stuffed crust but there was barely any cheese on that crust .

I am visiting from Colorado passing through.I am at a local hotel and it was conveniently located pretty close to this Pizza Hut. My friend called to order. The lady who was taking the order was EXTREMELY rude. (She was ordering via speaker phone) needless to say after listening to this woman consistently speak over my friend, and have a rude tone I got on the phone and I was very direct in wanting to speak to the manager. She asked why I needed to speak to the manager. I proceeded to tell her she was rude and I wanted the manager now. A gentleman got on the phone and asked me to hold for a. Moment. I held for about 20 minutes until I then hung up and tried to call back. The phone rang with no answer. I tried to call back and again no answer. Needless to say we did not order from there. Very rude and unprofessional. Such a disappointment

Worst Pizza hut in Wichita Falls! They mess up something on your order every time even if it’s just a simple pizza pie. It was convenient for me cause the restaurant is down a couple blocks, but after the un-professional service every time. I would rather go to Seymour highway Or Kemp street locations

Pizza Hut my pizza looked and tasted amazing!! My pizza look like it was made by someone who lived there job!! I truly mean that!! There was plenty of cheese and toppings my pizza was not burnt and I truly didn’t buoyed it!! I definitely got what I paid for and the wait time was not even long!! Even the delivery guy was amazing !! From me and my kids thank you Pizza Hut you are doing an amazing job!!
