My last review is gone for some reason. I really like this place! I have been working down here from Portland most of the winter. Such nice people and the food is top notch! Usually get gyoza(the best) and a spider roll. I will be trying more in the future. Heading down there on Sunday for a week of work.

Jill at Umi is the best. She makes this place come alive with her great service, fun conversation and good energy. We enjoyed a casual dinner sitting on their outdoor patio. With chilled drinks in hand we watched the sun go down across the valley. It was the perfect way to end the day… well prepared sushi, awesome service, cold Sapporo’s and sunsets in the background. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in the area.

Their food is delicious! I personally always get the spicy Korean Ramen(extra spicy) and it never disappoints. My husband & kids usual get Sushi. They always switch it up & try a different one each time we go. So far everything they’ve said their sushi was really good.

Food was about the right for portion, quality and price. Service was good, but a bit over the top. I was having dinner with a co-worker discussing important things, and I think we got interrupted 10 times in a half hour. I tried to eat and talk, but they just kept interrupting and couldn’t read the room. I appreciate good service, but I might take it to go next time. Sadly, the power went out and they had to close early, but they did their best to take care of customers. Nice place, small, friendly, and affordable.

Great place for food and good service. I am from Portland and working down here for 5 weeks or so. The best Gyoza I can find! Their rolls are great and everything is well priced.I didn’t take pictures because I ate everything too fast(maybe next time). I am excited to go back to work so I can enjoy the great food at Umi! See you in a couple days.
