I’ve not been here before and it seemed like a good lunch option while we were waiting for one of our cars to be worked on down the street. I wasn’t sure how it worked, so I asked the employee at the front counter and he walked me through it, which was very helpful.

It hurt me to have to report Black men but I have no choice. I have never been so disrespected before from frequenting a fast food business. I tried to give this Chipotle the benefit of the doubt despite it not being clean upon my arrival. They highkey prob have roaches. I ordered a quesadilla. The guy who I later found out was supposed to be the manager took my order out of my line back in the dirty kitchen to finish my order. Bc of the lack of cleanliness in the store I did request a refund after paying. Like two seconds after I received my order I realized I could not trust the service nor food. I didn’t ask in a nasty way for a refund. I was pleasant initially. Never have I been refused a refund for uneaten food. I never left the store the whole time. The cashier can vouch that I never left the store. All of this unfolded within minutes. I should have left when I saw the condition of the store. Even with that being said the right thing would have been to offer me a refund. The manager basically had an attitude, refused me a refund, stormed to the back of the kitchen. When I asked if I would be offered a refund he told me to leave the store. I am now escalating this incident with the police-formal complaint and I’m calling Chipotle corporate office and I’m calling food and safety inspection. This all could have been avoided by him simply refunding me $10. I would not eat here. Not only is management unprofessional and rude the store condition is terrible. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

I got a bowl and it was good as usual. However, I also got chips and guacamole and the chips were very stale and or soggy. The service was very lack luster and the restaurant smelled so spicy that I had a coughing fit when I walked in the front door.

I work in the medical field I do 12-hour shifts, want to grab a quick bite to eat before I went in which is my job was 5 minutes away. I arrived this Chipotle where there was already a long line inside two people standing at the cashier one young lady restocking food. We waited in line for 5 minutes while the staff was back there laughing and joking no one had taken any orders. Finally another man comes from the back and they begin to take our orders but because the line was so long and they wanted to rush they kind of threw your food any and every kind of way. I love Chipotle but this is far the worst one I’ve ever been to. Future note; it shouldn’t take 10 to 15 minutes to get fast food. (Thrown in bag, lid not completely on)

This restaurant has very rude staff they do not greet everyone as politely as they would others. I had someone rush my food and ended up putting an item in the bowl that was not supposed to be there without even asking he was just rushing. There’s no thank you or you’re welcome and I come in there all the time. the teenagers they have working should be fired they do not make chipotle a welcoming restaurant.

I have been to this chipotle numerous times and never had an issue. Usually the guys working the register and the food are super nice and fill my bowl up perfectly. But unfortunately tonight I had a terrible experience. The woman working the food and the register man both had terrible attitudes and acted like me asking for salsa was too much work for them. The woman slid my bowl aggressively towards the second station. I also heard her say to another co worker “you aren’t cussing me out”. Obviously there was some tension among the coworkers, but they acted completely unprofessional towards me and my friends as customers. Please do better chipotle! Or I’m going to start going to moes !

Excellent staff/food but when I went inside today I couldn’t help but cough then my friend entered after me and started coughing. I looked around and noticed it was smoky and mentioned to staff I thought it was just me, but the staff confirmed the ventilation system is broken and it isn’t a high concern of management- I can’t believe they have to work in those conditions and guests who visit are sitting in it. Fix it. For your guests of course but more importantly, for your workers!

I’ve never been to a chipotle I don’t like until today. If you’re thinking of coming here, don’t. Didn’t get my extra chicken or beans. All 5 of our bowls were 1/3 of the way full. The rice was extremely under cooked. My bowl ended up being like 5 pieces of chicken, a spoonful of beans, spoonful of rice, and a gallon of sour cream. It was disgusting.
