I’m not a pizza fan, but I like this place because I can design my own pizza. They have great service, but after visiting this particular location twice, I believe there are some things they can improve to provide a better experience. For instance, freshness of the vegetables. I went recently and the spinach and arugula looked wilted. Also, I noticed that the person finishing my pizza touched the cash register with the same gloves she was using while preparing the pizza and did not change them before going back to handling the other orders. They need better training as food handlers. Finally, it is the second time I went to this place and they were not able to give me a printed receipt.

Came in and did take away 01.06.2023. Just WOW! Although the staff was experiencing ticketing system (computer) issues and they were SLAMMED with orders, they were still smiling and made me feel like a valued customer. The gentleman who was not only making my pizza but online orders was super courteous and apologetic about my wait. The young woman who was “finishing” the pizzas was super pleasant, knowledgeable and understood my comment about basil. So refreshing after a very long day and drive home. I usually frequent the Springfield location but I’ll make sure I show this location some ♥️ as well. Oh and my pizza was PERFECT for this type of establishment. Keep up the EXCELLENT service

Refused service and shutdown 10 min early. Not worth the time or energy to show up. The door was not locked. She saw me walking up to place an order and she held it closed. Cracked it open and said “we’re closing up right now so…..”. Closed the door in my face and locked it walking away.

Update 3/24- We love & pizza. We are “Maverick” level. Like many in the neighborhood I was so excited for months about the opening of this location. this location got off to a bumpy start but has improved since. The staff is friendly and professional, all orders are more accurate and timely. There’s still something about the pizzas though that isn’t quite as good as other locations. We suspect something with the oven needs to be tweaked. The crusts are chewier. Maybe ovens not getting hot enough (at least the to go line one).

Ordered online thinking we could skip the in-store wait and just pick up when it was ready. When we arrived at the appointed time, noticed they had not even started on the pizza and we were about 4th in the queue. People who just showed up at the restaurant and ordered were getting quicker service. Decided to cancel the order (which they had not even started making) but apparently none of the people who work onsite know how to do that. There might be some way to do it in the app but it’s impossible to figure out. Had to wait 30 more minutes for the pizza. No one was remotely sorry and the employee simply shrugged and said, “Write a bad review.” So that is what I am doing.

Very attentive and kind staff. Pizza dough is amazing and the flavors are good. I just wish there was more topping and sauce on the pizza. I’ve had better pizza at a different location.

This is a pretty new location but they don’t actually close when they are supposed to. They close sometimes 15, 30 min before closing time. And even if you try to get their attention, they are blasting the music and pay you no mind. Of course I guess it makes sense because even if they did acknowledge you , the ovens are already off and food packed away.
