Come here whether you’re visiting the area or local. I picked this restaurant on a whim after wanting to try something new for brunch. We made a reservation and were seated promptly. The inside atmosphere is quaint and has a relaxing atmosphere. The tables are close together, but that has more to do with the overall space size. Mimosa were well made and the staff was pleasant and attentive. I had the Cuban and it was delicious. My only change would be that I prefer a crispier bread. My wife had the breakfast tacos and they hands down were the star of the show. They used pork belly instead of the spare rib and it was one of the best I’ve had. We will 100% be returning.

To start of, I don’t know how this place is so small and stays so quiet and quaint feeling because the restaurant had a good crowd when we were there. Maybe we got lucky with the other patrons not being loud or maybe it’s the restaurant itself, either way that was great. Our waitress was incredible, attentive and friendly. The food was absolutely incredible. Everything was cooked amazingly. I did the petite filet and my partner did the duck. We both are off each others and we’re so impressed. We got the peanut butter pie for dessert and holy cow. Amazing. 10000% will be back.

Great experience! Atmosphere is laid back but sophisticated. Servers and bartender are very polite and attentive. Special shout out to the bartender for making delicious and creative mocktails. Food was excellent, with the Gnocchi being very flavorful and tasty. Would definitely return if I come back to Knoxville. Highly recommend

It was my first time visiting, and it did not disappoint! I started with my favorite cocktail (dirty kettle), and it was garnished with hand-stuffed blue cheese olives, which were fabulous. I settled on the Pork Osso Bucco as my entre. It was succulent and loaded with flavor. No knife required. The photo doesn’t do the dish justice because I dived in before i snapped the picture. As a side, I had the crispy brussel sprouts, and they were crisp and tasty! A perfect evening with friends.

This is a delightful destination in the heart of downtown Knoxville! I want to start with the scallops! They were the most melt in your mouth, buttery, delicate scallops I’ve ever had! If I can come dine again before they leave the menu (which I was told changes seasonally) I will get these again! My main which was a pork confit was fall of the bone tender & the portion was generous. The bartender Christof was delightful & allowed me to talk his ear off about Absinthe which is a favorite little obsession of mine. I tried both which are in the little video & they’re both good though I prefer the Matahari . If you’ve read my previous reviews then you know I’m always on the lookout for restaurants that offer plenty of gluten free choices & I was not disappointed. A fantastic smores bundt cake finished a wonderful meal. I’ll be back to enjoy the good food & atmosphere again. Thanks again for the wonderful experience!

Beautiful restaurant with a very impressive menu. The food was a little heavy for my taste and too much garlic. Also, I don’t like when my meat is swimming in grease 😉 otherwise, as you can see, it’s spot on, including the presentation itself. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more dishes!

Overall fun experience. Great place sit sit with friends and family. A little slow but we were with a big group (8 of us). Food is good but seemed a little high for what you get. Mostly the salads and deserts as they weren’t very fancy. Scallop appetizer only came with one and a half scallops which seems like not much for $20 (see picture). Burger was perfect. Make a reservation. So many people walked in and let a cold breeze through the place (30s outside). It would have been nice of the hostess to catch people before they held the door open for extended times. For the price the experience should be near perfect.
