Beef was great but whoever was working the fryer around 1:30pm today, shouldn’t be. I’ve never had fries so cold and hard. I literally couldn’t eat them. Tasted exactly like if you left them on the counter overnight. Seriously that’s just pure laziness. Fries must’ve sat there for hours. Not exaggerating when I say this…the WORST french fries I’ve ever had. Thanks.

Polishes are small. Tastes like hotdogs and some of the food is overcooked. French fries are good but could use more seasoning. Weekday price specials are good. Sometimes the food not so much. Service is fast but could be more courteous.

I love going to this place it’s clean it has I saw like nine different suits at this one it was very nice they had their lunch specials I got like two soups the rice soup and the cheddar the cheddar soup Monday special. The only thing I would say is I would like somebody that’s putting my food in the bag to have on gloves cuz we’re still going over to understand people wash their hands but a lot of stuff still hide so the food is good. And props also have a lot of them but this one I went to I have been the three pop so far the original one I’ve been to was on Kedzie in the city and that’s why I fell in love with their food but all of them handling the food and everything is not the same like the city they got less to no one’s got more soup.

Missing a star.. On our order to go, both my daughter’s and son-in-laws meat ball sandwiches were cold. The cheese wasn’t even melted. and my family lives less than a quarter of a mile away from Pop’s. Me and my wife’s food was hot and very good. Customer service was very good. Overall the place was very clean, including the restrooms.

The food is normally good but today was a HUGE disappointment and will not return. The cashier was in his feelins first off based off of interaction doing my order. Then get the food and EVERYTHING was not seasoned at all! Even the brisk that was mentioned sweet, was watered down extremely. I literally just threw out my meal halfway because I just couldn’t enjoy any of it. Plus the tables and floors are completely dirty without maintenance and the fries recooked and hard. Cooks need to understand that the food needs season. I highly, HIGHLY recommend the Tinley Park location. They are EXCELLENT!

I had family coming in out of town because we have a sick person in the family and we ordered a big order 10 sandwiches and fries or onion rings peppers red sauce I’ll do everything and it was perfect everything was perfect sandwiches were fantastic lot of people from out of town so this is the best beef sandwiches they’ve had so you made your choice but I always will come here
