You really can’t go wrong at Steak Escape. We love the ultimate sandwich and the fries. The service is usually quick and courteous. Prices are fair for the amount of food you receive. Clean interior too. They have recently introduced new “Healthy Bowls” but we have not tried them yet.

I have been in this restaurant many times and the customer service has been consistently great! You are always greeted with smiling faces and the your order is always correct. Tonight, I walked through the doors not realizing it was closing time. I was still treated kindly and my order was perfect. Thanks to Daniel, Roberto, and Erica took wonderful care of me!

Good enough. Seems a little overpriced but the food was tasty. I have had 3-4 different sandwiches and all were good, but non blew me away. The actual preparation and service is good, but the dine-in tables and drink machines seem a little dirty and neglected.

This restaurant messed up my order and was not willing to replace my order with the correct order! The manager offered me 50% off my meal, I simply did not agree because I did pay them 50% to mess up my meal! I was on lunch and had to eat a thick bread sandwich when I clearly asked for a spinach wrap! Management is poor and does not think logically! I will never go back there!! And will tell anyone that ask about my experience because good business is making your customers happy after making a mistake not making them pay for your mistake!!!

I decided to visit Steak Escape and give them another try after my daughter visited and said it was great. I saw a sign about a Grand Opening a few weeks ago. So I said hopefully things have changed and My daughter didn’t have a one off. See my last few experiences weren’t anything like the Steak Escape of years past. It was so bad I decided to not patronize them anymore. Roll forward to yesterday December 11th. Everything was terrific. Especially the customer service. The guy at the cash register was lively and helpful. The cooks were expeditious and friendly. The food was great! I’m so excited about the change. New staff and they were so pleasant. I will be patronizing them now on the regular. Great job in turning things around Steak Escape.

Steak Escape hasn’t been the same since the Mall of Memphis closed down. The Collierville location has changed management several times and sandwiches. Only four free toppings and still little to almost no meat. The bread is terrible and chewy. Only thing not different is the fries and sweet tea.
