We went for the grand opening here on 1/2/23 with mixed expectations. First thing that struck us was the mismatch between the crabshack layout with ramen. The lighting in the back area where we were seated felt off due to the fluorecent lights. Most ramen spots have warm lights if anything. Atmosphere wasn’t all that great as a result. Service was alright. They forgot an appetizer which never came and some of the food that was on the menu wasn’t available. It was also weird seeing the crabshack menu in the middle of the Ramen menu. Food was not bad nor great. I’ve had much better ramen at other izakayas. Overall it’s a decent spot but would it be my first recommendation for ramen? Absolutely no. They just opened, hopefully they will iron out the kinks and take stock of feedback via reviews.

We went on a Saturday for dinner. Greeted and seated immediately. Our waitress was super friendly. We got the ramen special. Ramen plus app for $22. We were sat by the kitchen and it was a mess. iPads were down and internet was going out. Despite all of this going on out waitress tried her best to provide us good customer service. The food came out within 20 minutes and the ramen was HOT and delicious. The veggie gyoza came after the ramen and when it did it was fresh and hot. Will definitely come back on a weekday though. The owners need to get more staff because the food is good it’s just that the waiters are being spread too thin and the tools given to them aren’t working properly.

I used to get takoyaki here almost every weekend. Recently I noticed that it changed texture, and it feels like I’m eating mochi. I also didn’t even get any octopus inside each of the takoyaki. I wouldn’t be coming back anymore.

I went there with my friend a long time ago (in April)! I never write reviews, but I loved this place so much that I have to! We went there because we were going to a show at UBS arena and we are not from the states, so we had no idea where and what to eat and we discovered this place and we just want to go back! The ramen was sooooo good! My friend isn’t the biggest fan of ramen and she thought it was some of the best ramens she’s ever eaten! The fried shrimp were some of the best friend shrimps we ever tasted!! The staff were so nice, we talked about the concert we were going and we had a fun conversation! We are going back to the States this summer and we will probably still go back even if it is far from where we are staying because we loved it so much!

Ordered takeout of the Cajun seafood boil. Good sized portion and super yummy. Service was quick as it was a Sunday night an hour and a half prior to closing. Would definitely get it again. Pricing is on par with what you’d see elsewhere too.

I visited Kinya and got the seafood boil. I also ordered calamari and got a rum punch. The food and drinks were delicious. I didn’t care for the calamari. The waitress Donnesha was really great. She was attentive and catered to our needs. She asked us how we liked the food and took care of when we didn’t like the calamari. I gave it four stats only because of the calamari. It wasn’t very flavorful. Overall I would recommend

This location is close to home and it has great food. It’s a great warm and inviting atmosphere. You can tell that the staff really care about what they do and they’re very courteous. I noticed that there are customers that have become regulars and enjoy the staff. I will definitely take family members here when they come from out of town. I had the Kinya Ramen and the portion size is very filling. I was able to take home what i did not finish.
