How at 10:30am do you get stale over cooked fries? You just started lunch. How am I supposed to know when the pie is fresh without the times written and it’s cold. That’s a franchise policy for food safety. Not just because. Burger, cold cheese like ice. Note to self, when the children are working, don’t go to Johnstown McDonalds.

If I could give it a zero star rating I would. The shift manager Matt S. is a total jerk. Had us pull up to wait for our food and we waited over 15 mins. Absolutely ridiculous! The food is garbage! Our order was completely wrong!!! I’m never visiting this location again!!! You know what!? I give up on McDonalds completely since they don’t know how to satisfy their customers but have no problem taking money.

Establishment is dirty. The people working there are often antisocial and manage to find a way to mess up a simple coffee order every single time. On a few occasions the cream tasted spoiled which isn’t surprising when you notice how messy the place is when the back door is open. The lines are always very long with slow service in the afternoon due to the workers disappearing to hang out in the back. Last time we went a coffee order took them 10+ minutes to complete and it was wrong. Overall the Johnstown McDonald’s is a reminder of the low quality standards fast food chains uphold in the modern day. We will not be returning to this McDonald’s or any other McDonald’s under any circumstances. Bada bah bah bah…We’re over it.

Just dropped by to get some lunch with my sons. Lady at the window was incredibly rude, they didn’t make my sons cheeseburgers plain so he didn’t eat lunch except for fries. My others sons quarter pounder smelled rancid and had some kind of brown liquid all over the bun. What a waste of F&$@:! Money!
