The quality and quantity has been dependable and much appreciated. More than that, the staff has gone above and beyond to ensure we have a wonderful dining experience. We went in late one night shortly before closing and we were welcomed with superior service and courtesy. Everybody is friendly and personable and we’ve really enjoyed talking to staff members! 🙂

The staff here is great! An’Quescia was super helpful! I ordered almost every topping and she didn’t object! She recommended which fries are best, she explained the different between a little and regular burger, and she had a smile on her face the entire time. My burger was hot and fresh, the fries were piping hot! They also gave me A LOT of fries. I was super happy! I’ll definitely return.

Great burgers as always! Good fries and peanuts too. For those who haven’t been, they have lots of free add-ins to the burgers. Sauce condiments as well as grilled onions, peppers, jalapenos, mushrooms, etc. Also have the coke freestyle machines.

One of the best fast food restaurants in Bellevue area. Their burger is consistently delicious and fulfilling than McDonald’s or Burger King. Their fries are good, although I prefer them crispier. If you’re not a fan of salty food like me, try to avoid getting the Cajun fries. The only problem i have is the price, like most other five guys establishments in America.

The fries were very denise in oil and was soggy and over seasoned. Shake machine was out or order and so was the tea machine. For a burger, fries, and a drink for $40 not worth it.
