Nice employees and friendly drive thru cashier and 2nd window attendant. Cold fries had to get them re made. Manager who worked on jun 28th around 9 50 or so was kinda rude. She locked doors before we got our fresh fries. They asked us to pull up so they could make us fresh fries. We did it took 20 minutes. My husband had to go knock on the door and ask about our fries the manager asked what we was doing there and what we was waiting on rudely. My husband said our large fry. By the time we got our fry the sandwiches were cold too. And we was so tired of waiting by that time it had been 45 minutes from the time we got there to when we left. I don’t know if she was having a bad day or what but, the attitude and being rude in fast food is uncalled for. She was a blonde short lady.

Ordered crinkle fries which were on top of a full container of curly fries which I don’t like. Sandwich was not sliced in half as is normal and there was only a small piece of the end of one tomato on the entire sandwich. In addition the bacon was hit and miss.. mostly Miss. See photo

Once again i try to get some food from Arby’s after 10pm. I’m going home from work and don’t wanna cook. As i enter the parking lot and drive up to the speaker to order, the lights are turned off and no one answers my pleas as to why? When it clearly states the times of business doesnt end until 11pm sunday-thursday for drive thru service. It was only 10:15pm. This isnt the first time they have turned out the lights on me while trying to make an order. But it will be my last time as a customer.
