First time here and it was an awesome experience. Robin working the front counter was amazing! She broke everything down in regards to the pizza, the lunch special, the different choices of toppings, Etc. I ordered two sodas and she offered to keep one in the cooler to keep it cold!! Just great customer service.

This place is a hidden gem. The best deal is the slice in a to go box (actually pretty large piece cut in strips in a rectangular box). My standard is pepperoni and black olives. Crispy thin crust and delicious. Also salad boxes to go are great add on option. I call ahead so it’s ready when I get there, usually in 15 mins.

The pizza is amazing, and with free and timely delivery, you can’t go wrong! They even left and came back with an item they forgot very apologetically, and I hadn’t even realized it was missing! This is service you don’t find much these days. Now our go to pizza!

I’ve been meaning to try for awhile. Finally did for out of town company. Ordered two large thin crust one sausage one just cheese cooked extra crispy. Both were cooked perfectly. The cut also works well with the shape. Grind on sausage a bit too fine for all of us but had good flavor. Would have gone 5 star but both a tad salty. Will definitely order again.

If you are on a healthier side and like lot of veggies in your pizza Fratelli is the best place. It was my first time going there, Aaron was very helpful and kind person. I loved the pizza would come back here for sure.

I waited 20min today for a $10 slice of pizza and when I asked for a refund because I was tired of waiting the front women couldn’t figure out how to issue my refund all the while 3 people in the back stood around. 1 slice $10 still don’t see my refund.

1st time here and I loved it! I got a pizza for myself (husband is out of town) that came with artichoke and chicken. I love the fact they spread out the ingredients and not just toss them all in one spot like other pizza places. Also, the thin crust pizza is my favorite so I’m really glad they come like that to begin with! Ordering over the phone was easy, I came to pick it up even though they have free delivery, very COVID safe pick up. (I was already in the area) So excited to have leftovers tonight!

Our office was handed a free pizza and we were told about a nearby pizza place called i Fratelli. Excellent thin crust pizza. The crust is a lot different compared to other thin crust pizzas that I’ve eaten. Very good sauce and cheese ratio. Highly recommend it.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. We waited 3 hours for our pizza to be delivered which was absolutely outrageous being that the estimate said 90 mins. When we called to ask on the status of our order after waiting 2 hours, the lady who answered the phone didn’t apologize once and was extremely rude and had a terrible attitude. Service, 0/10. My husband and I are from Chicago, so maybe we are spoiled with good quality food. But this was by far the worst pizza we’ve ever had in our lives. I hate to be harsh but it was absolutely disgusting. We each ate 1 piece and couldn’t even stomach it enough to have another and threw the rest away. Pizza Hut, Domino’s, Papa John’s, a frozen Digiorno pizza, you name it, is WAY better than this pizza. Quality 0/10. Do not recommend.
