Its been awhile since I’ve been back home to Erie. I am just floored this place is still alive and still kicks @ss! My grandpa use to bring us grandkids here. Not this location but the one you see in the drawing. He use to get a dozen of these dogs and the paper bag they came in just barely held together. Mmmmm! Soo many memories and the greek dog did not disappoint, it was fantastic!

While waiting for my order, I noticed a picture on the wall showing Red Hot when it was across the street. I wasn’t in the picture but I was a regular customer in those days. I’m just glad they’re still around.

Red Hot’s is basically just another New York Lunch. Only they are open longer. No, the food is tasty good as NYL, but it is certainly tasty! Overall I do recommend this place.

“Greeks” – The place kinda looks like a little hole in the wall type diner and service is a little rough around the edges, but I’ve been coming here for over 25 years and I love, love, LOVE the chili dogs and chili fries!! Best around!

Food was good, ordered the Big 10 regular greek burgers and Lg greek fries. Also got a 10 pc wing w/cheese fries because that’s what I wanted. It was worth what was payed! Although through my own mistake I thought hot sauce was ketchup. Lol so some of my fries had some kick! Ladies room can use some help, and maybe a little bit more politeness towards the last few customers would have been wonderful on the day we went, I still give it a positive review
