I haven’t been to a George Webbs in twenty years as I lived in another state and we didn’t have them. It was fun to visit again. Nothing has changed and that’s just fine. Tasty hanburgers(the original ones) and crispy hot thin fries.

Employees would rather tell you how busy they are and how they won’t get to an order for and I quote ” like a really long time soo I don’t know” all while not even being able to place said order, I fully understand and don’t mind waiting for good food but the service is trash.

I hate to do this because I know in the morning you get great service and food. I went in there for dinner and I was extremely disappointed. Loud music coming from the kitchen. There was a young woman there kitchen help maybe who was talking loud and swearing the whole time. The music was loud and she was able to talk even louder than it was playing. We got 3 simple orders and all of them were wrong and they didn’t seem to care because they didn’t offer to correct it. Fries were cold and the buns on the burgers looked like they were hand squished as thin as the burger patties not sure what was up with that. Our waiter was either high or just completely oblivious to what was even going on. I shouldn’t have even had to pay for these meals. I never leave reviews like this but it must be told. I understand good help is very hard too find but hiring anyone is not the answer. You would be better off closing early like the other george webbs we went to before coming here. They had staff shortages and closed early. I’ll never go there for dinner again at least this location

The middle aged waitress in morning hours for breakfast is rude! She doesn’t clean any tables for the booths just lets them sit dirty ! Not like she’s busy either! Then if you say you want a booth she gets irritated and moves that much slower while you sit and wait!!! Get rid of her!!! We went there one other time and had 2 coupons! When the bill came, she had charged us full price! Pointed it out to her, she went back to the cash register, fumbled around, came back and said she couldn’t change it! What???? Paid full price!Again, get rid of her! We won’t be going back! I hope management reads these!

I order door dash from here often and have had more than one driver say the workers were quite rude to them. I went to dine in and nobody greeted me or asked for my order for over 15 minutes, eventually I left and went to Denny’s. The workers saw me, locked eyes with me, very clearly knew I was there. One was very busy working and the other was chatting with a diner at the bar the whole time. I would say if you’re that understaffed that you begin to be rude with Dashers and with customers, to consider simply not taking door dash orders.

Positives: Fast service for food and good customer service from the wait staff. The wait staff was friendly and made sure to check up with me for refills on coffee and water. I sat in the back area. A plus- there are electric outlets for charging right at the tall long table near the window.

My server lady at 7:13 AM 10/6/2022 was incredibly friendly and the wait time for food was pretty short, and the value is great here. When they say they’ve been a Wisconsin tradition for over 70 years, this high standard of customer service is why. Food was great for the price too!
