Wow, talk about a place with bad reviews. I ordered lunch for my employees and scheduled delivery for 11:45. I made sure to order somewhere close and Pizza Hut was right around the corner. I placed the order before 10 but got a call at 11:21 to say that they didn’t have a delivery driver. I asked what that meant and he said that unless I come to pick it up it meant he would have to cancel my order. So I had to leave work to get it when the reason for ordering lunch was so we could stay in the branch and keep working. Food was ok but they didn’t bother to cut the cheese sticks. Judging by the reviews this place is in a crisis of management.

Worst representation of what any restaurant should be. I placed my order at 723pm. My order said it would be delivered in 30 minutes. It was not. The app sent a notification at 901pm that it was out for delivery. I call at 957pm only to be told “You’ll have to come pick it up because I don’t think I can get a driver out to you.” When we recieved our order it still didn’t have everything in it. And not to mention that there were several workers who could be visibly seen and heard laughing and playing around in the back instead of actually working. Never again will they get one red cent from me and my family. I’m utterly disgusted. Our kids were hungry and restless because you decided to lie about delivering the food.

Horrible service and food! I ordered my items, large pizza, melt and chicken wings at 6:10pm. I received cold, bent boxes, lid opened box of food at 8:40!!! My melt was so cold, I don’t think it was what I ordered. I called them 3 times and asked if I needed to pick my own order up and they insisted that I didn’t. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that maybe they were behind or limited drivers but this was horrific! Poor service!. Vaughn road, Montgomery AL

This particular location is the WORST. Any time you order food from there expect it to be a 2-3 hour wait with NO communication (except for texts saying it’s left already which is most likely BS). When you call to get an update the woman who answers the phone is RUDE and CLAIMS she is the manager. Then says she’ll call you back with an update and ignores your calls the rest of the night.

I ordered my 2 pizzas at 5:36 and didn’t receive them until after 7:00. I live about 10 minutes away from the store I ordered from. I tried calling the store 5 times and couldn’t get an answer. The call center kept trying to put me through to the store and I couldn’t get anyone on the phone to check on the order. I tried to cancel the order because it was taking so long but I couldn’t do that. Someone finally came and first brought the wrong pizzas to us. We waited for him to go back to his car and get our pizzas. Much to our surprise, when we brought them inside, it was not our order. I called again and FINALLY got through to the store and told them I got the wrong order. The person I spoke to said I’d have to wait on the driver to come back and get them then he would deliver our correct order. I asked if we could get any kind of refund because it was wrong and would take another hour and a half to get the correct order and he said not without the driver coming back and he could only give me store credit. I was so frustrated I just hung up the phone. The pizzas were cold, and not what we ordered and we still paid full price plus a tip. Why would I want store credit for a store that does things so wrong?
