If I could give this location zero stars I would do it in a heartbeat! There is always something with this location! My friend and I come here a lot and they are always out of chips! They were even out of items for the burritos and bowls! We came tonight and we are told the second we walked in that their system were down and could not take line orders and online orders! They were taking two family’s orders IN THE LINE WHAT IS THAT!!!! HOW DOES THAT MAKE SENSE YOUR TAKING TWO BIG FAMILY’S ORDERS EVEN THOUGH YOUR SYSTEM IS DOWN! I recommend if you’re in the mood for Chipotle go to another because this location is god awful!

Tell me why I Used DoorDash to order chipotle and it was $16 not any of the DoorDash fees were included and this is what I get! Absolutely ridiculous that I actually paid for this baby amount of food. FYI don’t DoorDash food from chipotle they will skimp you unless your face to face.

They’re SO stingy. My burrito was pretty tiny. This is how it is even AFTER I asked for a little more. It’s literally the size of a baked potato. Most of their crew members are kinda mean and for what? I tried giving them benefit of the doubt the first few times I went and this is not it. I will take the longer trip and go to another location from now on. Oh and thanks for wrapping my burrito 🙂 by not wrapping the whole thing. I hate having to do bad reviews but it needed it.

I’m really disappointed that the chips aren’t consistent with the taste. Someways they are delicious with the lime taste, and other days they are just bland. I would think that they would pride themselves at being consistent. They shills be either bland or with the delicious lime taste. If they were, I’d know what to expect.

UPDATE: if you don’t order online, don’t expect to get cheese or lettuce! Made the mistake of going back and halfway through building my bowl they decided they were only going to give online orders any lettuce or cheese!
