Our goal is to make you smile with every sip, that’s why when you stop by one of our locations you’ll see a smiley face sticker smiling right back at you on every cup. Our coffee begins with responsibly sourcing some of the finest hand-selected beans in the world, and paying farmers and workers a fair wage to help improve their community’s infrastructure. My mom and I have been coming to this scooters for years and never had an issue. The service was good however the worker we encountered was a bit rude in that she asked us to order pup cups in advance before approaching the window. Prior to this pup cups have always been offered by baristas or we have politely asked for them at the window. However this time we asked politely and the Barista was rather rude when telling us we need to order them ahead of time. We still love this place but are disappointed in the way this worker spoke to us.

Great flavor, but this is the 3rd time I’ve been to this location and gotten a cup that’s 3/4 full. If I wanted a medium I would have gotten a medium. I was a barista for 3 years and this is just something that is really frustrating. People are paying for ounces of product, and when they don’t get what they pay for, that’s just kind of whack.

I was kinda put off tonight (Mon. 5/8) when I visited. They are usually very friendly there. Their posted hours say they close at 8, but at about 7:25, the gal came up and said their “lobby” actually closes at 7:30. I’ve gone in the past and never heard this. I was just sitting there minding my own business. I think they just wanted me out of there earlier so they could leave. Very disappointed.

I have been to several locations in my town and have always had friendly service and great coffee. I prefer them over starbucks any day.
