Was told they didn’t have chicken tenders left. So I order regular bone chicken and they changed there mind of having chicken tenders. Why am I getting the run around of ordering chicken? No receipt was given too. 5 piece Nashville tenders turned out to be only 4 pieces. Family crispy chicken was soggy.

It was late, we were tired and hungry. The place was closing soon, but surprisingly, the food was fresh and delicious. We were not rushed to eat and run despite the lateness of the hour. Friendly staff made it a good experience.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! DO NOT GO TO THIS KFC EVER! I posted a picture of just one of my 3 piece chicken meals looked like. The brown in the middle that looks like the same color as the breading, isn’t. That is the chicken that was overcooked. Couldn’t even eat it. The Mac & cheese was old because it had brown burnt cheese in it. Couldn’t eat that either. The Cole slaw was warm, didn’t eat it either, my stomach is very sensitive and I was afraid of getting food poisoning just from that. The pot pie was old, the “crust” was mushy. I ate only half of it without the crust. My soft drink that was still sealed with a sticker from the restaurant because of it being a mobile order, had dirt in the drink. Looks like the cup was dirty before putting in the drink because when I went to dump it out, there was brown dirt specks on the inside of the cup. I am so extremely disappointed. I was really looking forward to it to. Was craving KFC for days. I did call to alert them to the drink issue, saying they probably need to clean the dispenser’s on the machines. The girl who answered the phone didn’t seem to worried about it. The ONLY part of our meal that was somewhat eatable was the mashed potatoes and biscuits. I also did not get all the sauces we ordered. I ordered 2 of every sauce they had, minus ketchup, and we received 1 of 2 different ones. Please take some time and drive to a different one. Or find something else to eat. Extremely upset. I will be calling corporate later since one of the other bad reviews received a response with the corporate number but none of the others did. The others were the same response word for word, so you know it’s a computer responding. How dumb do they think I am?

No matter how long I stop going there (hoping different staff will do better) they just don’t care about the food sold there. At this point it has to be management and training. I don’t know if the vendor for the biscuits has changged or if mine were over cooked, but these were inedible and a waste of money. I’ll have to drive by for another year

It was barely 8pm and the doors were locked. We had to get back in the car and use the drive through. We ordered an 8pc and had to wait a little bit for it. When we got home the chicken was burnt and dry. I always peel the skin off but for my family who eat the skin they were all upset.

Ordered a 4 piece and got 3 pieces and something else…seemed like half a piece as a bone was sticking out, or some mutant piece. Not sure what it was….I ate it anyway and tasted fine. Just weird that I got what seemed to be a remnant or left over.

I would give them – stars if I could. My husband and mother in-law did drive-thru. Ordered 2 spicy chicken combos, 1 3pcs chicken combo. They got the drinks first and was told to wait upfront while other customers behinds is got their foods right away. After wait, my husband went back and asked about the food they ordered. The lady at the counter threw the bags and started cursing at him. When they opened the bag, there were no ketchup or jelly no utensils what so ever. So he went back and asked for those things and the lady started insulting him and cursing him because she thought that he couldn’t understand. When they opened up the chicken sandwich, there was literally bread, chicken piece, and sauce. Are you serious? They need to train those undereducated people how to treat their customers equally. I am going to report this matter everywhere. This is not KFC that I’ve always enjoyed. Don’t go and hell their business
