Received 2 of my 3 subs with no meat. Fine, accidents happen. I call to report this & request a refund, & they refused to give me a refund stating since one of the subs was fine, they cannot refund me, but give me a store credit associated with my phone #. Fine. When I call back to use my credits, they cannot find them in the system even though they can see the order I’m speaking of. Horrible customer service.

I ordered 3 different subs. Each sub was made incorrectly. The swapped which one was wheat vs white. The wrong sub got jalapenos peppers. The wrong meat with the wrong sub.

Don’t go here. The people running this place have no idea how to make a sandwich. I ordered a turkey tom and got very little meat. I’ve been here before and I thought maybe it was just an off day but no its this location. I called the manager and he was clueless with no help. This location needs to close. Awful experience. Go to the location in Taylor this woodhaven location is horrible. Look at the stars in the review. Close this location!

Was on the way home from out of town. This location is about 20 minutes away from home. Went through the drive thru. Ordered a large size #9 Italian Night Club. Same thing I get every time. I said the number and the name. Got home and found a #10 Hunters Club. Didn’t want to take the 20 min there and 20 minutes back to argue with people. I’ll vote with my money and review. I will never stop st this location again.

Ordered an Italian Night Club Unwhich and the gave me a sandwich with zero meat on it , just lettuce and sauce ! Also handed me the sandwich with no bag. I called and instead of just crediting my account , she instructed me that I would have to travel all the way back to their location for a new sandwich. Normally I don’t give reviews but I fell I needed to comment on the unprofessionalism at this particular location. I know everybody make mistakes and things happen but why make it more difficult on the customer to get a refund. So I’m out $10 bucks and food.

Waited 15 minutes to place order for 6 sandwiches for my family. I tried to add bacon to a sandwich and was advised I couldn’t add it on even though I was willing to pay for it. After I placed the order I Was told that 6 sandwiches would be a catering order and they need a 24 hour notice!
