The food was amazing. The service was amazing. Also, the atmosphere was good. One of the better Chick-fil-A I’ve been to in Florida. I got the chicken sandwich with bacon and cheese and it was perfect. The bacon was crispy but not too crispy. The cheese was melted perfectly, and the chicken was cooked to perfection. The service was amazing. I was struggling to order and the guy who took my order Ryan was amazing in being patient and helping me. He was polite and respectful to me for the whole experience. He even went out of his way to give my sauces when I forgot them. Not only him but the whole team in front was nice. I was watching them clean and take care of the guests with respect. I will be coming back. 10/10

Today, it took over 10 minutes to get a grilled club sandwich. When I asked about my sandwich, I was told it was being made. Okay, no problem, but after 10 minutes when I inquired again because quite honestly I needed to leave, the girl looked bothered & rolled her eyes at me. I have been going to Chick-Fil-A for years and never once have I encountered rude behavior. I was very disappointed.

This is an excellent Chick-fil-A. When the mall is really busy, they out two people with ipad on the line so you can order that way. Staff is friendly and the most efficient I’ve seen. If I ever need employees in the future, I’m poaching them. Chick-fil-A has the best chicken nuggets I’ve ever had. I also got a sandwich without bread, which they double checked with me before serving it. Iced tea is the beat of any chain. The staff even came out into the mall to see if I need a refill in my beverage. Customer service is second to none.

Consistent product. Great value. But sadly, I must comment that the employees at this location spent more time talking amongst themselves, than helping customers. And that is just an honest observation. I waited 15 minutes for just a milkshake. Only one young lady was taking orders at a register. And when someone realized that I was going to pay with ca$H, immediately that was a problem. Clearly no management on site at this location. I did not hear any of the pleasantries in conversation that I’ve become accustomed to at other stores from employees. Probably just a sign of the times. But I always believed that good management and good training instilled good values in employees. I guess I was wrong. Still good food at a good price. You should visit when in the mall!
