Great Place to have Breakfast or Lunch. The staff is super nice and the food is really good. Some of my favorites are the Carnitas Tacos, Cali Burrito, Pancakes and Breakfast combos. Highly recommend!

I was checking on a venue for a gig and crossed it’s path. When you walk into the lobby at Salinas Municple Airport you don’t notice immediately. But when you walk in you are quietly surprised by the view. It’s a nice little place.

We did my dad’s 80th birthday as a buffet dinner event there for 70 guests! It was awesome! My dad still plays in a band as lead guitar, and his bday was all kept a surprise from him. He actually thought he had a gig for someone else’s bday. He was so surprised! I must say that the music, the dancing, the food, the bar, his best friends, family, kids, grandkids, and the decor they allowed us to do, made for an incredible night that no one will ever forget, especially my dad! They truly did an incredible job for us! ‘Thank you’ so much for hosting us and this amazing evening! Great job, Flying Artichoke!

Food was excellent. Unfortunately, they are not able to serve large groups on time. We arrived at 11:30. 16 of us. I had to leave at 1pm taking my Choke burger home to eat.

I had a nice meal here. It was not crowded since I arrived about 2 pm. Service was fast and my food was tasty. It looks like the menu is modern, there are plenty of choices and I look forward to coming back to try the other items. The portion size was just right. I got filled up, but did not waste a lot of food. Overall I would report a favorable experience. Salinas airport has always been one of my favorites. Long runways, not too busy.

Excellent! Had their daily special prime rib with mac and cheese and vegetables and it was really delicious. I normally don’t order mac and cheese but wow, was it tasty. My coworkers are also very pleased with their meals.

Too bad i wrote my review even before we got served our food. An older lady was the one that waited on my brother, my child and i. Not a happy attituted. Didnt even break a smile when she took our order, straight stone cold face. Didnt ask or suggested anything. Worst service i got in the past 8 months unfortunately.
