The pizza’s were flavorful and tasted great. The staff were very friendly and projected a positive attitude towards the customers. They demonstrated great patience when some customers were undecided and took longer than usual to order. With that said, the dining area floor was extremely dirty with food and other items scattered about as were some of the tables. Customers want to eat in an area which, is clean and well kept. Often times businesses use staffing shortages as an excuse for not maintaining a clean dinning area. There should always be time to ensure cleanliness remains at the forefront. Issues such as this falls squarely on the shoulders of ownership and the management team.

Picked up our ooey gooey garlic cheese bread and pizza today and asked for extra marinara sauce because they give One little container for the whole pie and was told it cost $1 for extra sauce. Can’t believe that marinara cost that much lol. Come home and find out the pie was burnt. Been coming here for years but I believe I will now give other pizzeria a try.

We have been here several times and it was all good, but today the take-out experience was very disappointing. Both of our pizzas have lots of burnt crum underneath. I suspect that the restaurant staff did not properly clean the grill or tray in the oven. I know their pizza isn’t usually like this so it completely ruined the taste. Our fingers and mouth were all black while eating. Very unsatisfied with this experience and would like to talk to a manager.

Pieology has been one of our favorite pizza places. Unfortunately today’s experience has put a dent in it. First of all, they changed the machine that makes the doe circular, and replaced it with something that’s not working out, see the shape of my pizza, and it’s slowed down the process. Then my pizza came out not hot it was like room temperature, I was like how in the world did that happen. Manager came out and explained that they adjusted the oven temperature and still testing with it. I don’t know if all these changes are coming down from corporate or store owner, but if you don’t figure it out quickly, business will drop. Why F!$k around with something that was good and working out

Don’t waste your time; spend your money where people are happy. You come where they work. No one greeted me because all three ladies were looking at their phones. From the time I entered until I walked up to the register, finally, someone looked up, and I was instructed to go around the corner and see the menu. While ordering my pizza, the maker appeared annoyed that I was requesting more broccoli. She took one piece of broccoli and spent 30 seconds breaking it into tiny pieces; after she completed the first piece of broccoli, I asked her to add more. This is how she proceeded in adding each item. I was baffled and frustrated because I had never experienced this type of service at a pieology. I loved going to pieology. I have visited Pieology near Antioch, CA, and Walnut Creek, Ca. Never have I ever been treated like these three ladies treated me. No smiles or excitement in there voices, no interaction with the customers. The mood was as if I was in a funeral home and everyone should be quiet. I asked for a dipping sauce and the lady responded(Erica the manager) those are the only ones we have. I wondered if you still have others. She said no, that’s all we have since I and (pointing to Alex) have been here.

Pieology Pizzeria is a great way of topping you like on your own customized pizza. The local is a good busy parking lot, and the Atmosph is ok. I just down like the ward program on the mobile apps. That staff are very friendly and nice.

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star!!! After waiting in-line for 30 minutes the guy comes to tell us we have to wait for 10 minutes we are like okay. After waiting he comes and tells us that we actually need to add 20 more minutes because they need to put mobile orders ahead of us. The question here is why would you not tell us that from the minute you mentioned the back up???? So bad! Not acceptable
