Tried this location twice this weekend. Dined in first and the staff could not have looked more miserable. The woman taking our order did not make eye contact with either of us even once and did not respond to our niceties. The second time we drove through and had a much better experience. Waited over 15 minutes for food. Then found out they were missing items and had to wait another 10 minutes. Sad thing was that we’r wete the only ones in the place so the should never have been a long wait. To tp it all off, the spicy chicken quesadilla didn’t have any chicken.

I ordered their new fries and two sides of dipping sauce. When I got it it was only one dipping sauce. I brought this up to them and even showed them the receipt they charge me for two they refused to give me another one. Saying that I did get 2 is it been less than 5 seconds there is no time for me to eat one so they blatantly lied to my face stole from me and then refuse to fix the problem.

Super annoyed ordered a epic burrito chicken and Guacamole. I overheard the workers saying it’s the second one ordered and the another said just add more Lettuce. I didn’t realize what that meant until I got home and I had 0 Guacamole and tons of Lettuce. Had they just told me, I would have easily ordered something else. Not pleased with the dishonesty and trick.

Del Taco has been a favorite of mine even when I lived in San Diego CA. This was a well run, clean, modern Del Taco. The person taking our order was nice, accurate, and fast. I ordered a burrito and asked if they could make the original Macho Beef Burrito before they went WOKE. She said it would be a version of a burrito they had without the pinto beans. I was thrilled she knew what it was and could make it.
